Through embodiment, somatic enquiry & the simple sensuousness of weaving presence and the art of inhabiting the body. I am able to illuminate patterns & constructs, to attune more deeply with my core self. Reclaiming agency over my experience, expression, worth & way of being. It is for that reason I believe the practice of inhabiting the body can deepen, wisdom, awareness, compassion & sense of interconnectedness. It is from this place, this felt sense & this experience which I share.

I believe in offerings which aim to empower & inspire the deep wisdom of intuition. Encompassing many tools for the multifaceted array of experience & form of expression, in which consciousness chooses to inhabit. Through an intentional focus on safety & agency, with non judgemental guidance.

I perceive embodiment as a means of integrating philosophical & scientific understanding. Moving from sensing, into feeling in an art process of sorts. The integration creating a delectable action of authentic expression. Which can be simply enjoyed on an experiential level or analyzed for deeper process. Learning to inhabit even the darkest depths of our being both physically & psychologically is invaluable to allowing this life experience to pass through unobstructed. By developing and refining practices, it is possible to carve new ways of being and rewire the brain. Crafting a map from the landscape of the body which you inhabit, forming and deepening pathways to safety within ones self.

As a facilitator cultivation of a meaningful safe viscous landscape in which to land, arrive, ground, inquire & explore is foundational to the latter. As it becomes the canvas on which movers paint their bodies, as they move through space.
Attuning to their sense of wellbeing. The intention is that movers gain agency and vocabulary for their innate sense of safety, boundaries and doorways to regulation, with guidance and a compassionate space to unpack, inquiry and explore.
